Cabin Crew Recruitment Process

It’s a big lifestyle change. Our Cabin Crew have plenty of rewards, variety and new challenges to look forward to. There will be lots of fun, and you’ll never get bored. You’ll be working on a roster, which might mean some long days as well as working weekends and the busy summer months, there will also be rostered ‘standby’ and ‘airport standby’ duties where you may be called upon to cover sickness, delays or extra flights at short notice.

If you haven’t done so already, you may want to take our ‘Try before you fly’ quiz to see if the role really is for you.

Minimum requirements

If you’ve decided that this is the job for you – that’s great. However, there are a few requirements you need to meet before applying. Please see each job description for our minimum requirements.

Application Process

  • Online Application

If you meet the minimum requirements, you can submit an online application simply by entering your details and uploading your CV.

  • Online Test

After you’ve applied, we’ll send you a link to an ability test to assess your verbal reasoning, situational judgement and workplace behaviour. You can complete these in your own language and they shouldn’t take longer than 30 minutes to finish. We advise that you complete these in a quiet environment and make sure that your laptop or computer meets all of the technical requirements. Within 72 hours we’ll email you to let you know the results of your online test.

  • Application review

Once we’ve received your successful test result, we’ll review your application. If it meets everything we’re looking for, we’ll invite you to the next available Assessment Centre.

  • Assessment Day

We hold our assessment days virtually and you can participate from the comfort of your own home. It’s a great opportunity to meet our recruitment team from around the network and find out more about easyJet. On the day, you’ll have an opportunity to see our easyJet presentation and find out about everything from employment contract to a day in the life of our cabin crew. You’ll then be invited to take part in a group exercise and you’ll also complete a competency-based interview. We want you to really get involved, so show us your enthusiasm and passion for easyJet and the job.
