It varies depending on the role you’re applying for, as you’ll be tested on the competencies and skills required for that particular career. If you’re applying for a vacancy within our Head Office team, the process will involve some (possibly all) of the following:
- Competency based interviews
- Reference checks
- Psychometric testing
- Group assessments & presentations.
We’ll let you know we’ve received your application by email. Our recruitment team, along with the hiring manager, will then review it and get in touch to let you know what happens next. If you’re successful, we’ll contact you to arrange for you to come and meet with us. We’ll confirm all the details for your assessment, including the date, time and location. We’ll also tell you what your particular assessment will involve and what you can expect.
