Data & Digital

Our vision is to be a data driven airline; Analytics will drive decision making at all levels of the business: through reliable reporting, true self-service and practical governance. We want all of our people to be excited about generating new insights collaboratively. They will have access to the data they need when they need it, the right tools and the right skills to deliver value to easyJet at pace.

Data & Digital is one of our key focus areas and few can compete with our top performing and fast paced Digital team. Responsible for the rollout of new functionality using Sitecore CMS and mobile technology, we’ve since launched new home pages with dynamic pricing and personalised landing experiences. We’ve also created new business microsites, new highly recommended Search Engine Optimised destination pages and ‘Inspire Me’ – an innovative search tool that enables our customers to search for flights based on their budget and interests. We’ve even created a helpful new low fare finder tool and flight timetable pages.

Because we know that our customers’ digital experience goes beyond the easyJet website, we’ve also released a new mobile site in seven languages and an award-winning easyJet app.

All of our digital initiatives have our customers in mind and data at their heart – whether it is from MVT (multivariate testing), behaviour seen on our site or CRM (customer relationship data) and CSAT (customer feedback) data. Join us and see what exciting developments you could be involved in.
