Operations Roles
-
Flight Operations
Providing a safe, efficient and reliable operation for our passengers and crew is our number one priority. We do this by recruiting the best pilots and cadets and providing them with unrivalled training and support.
-
Central Support
We support our airports to make sure they can always deliver the best service possible to our customers 24/7. We develop the strategic direction and set the standards, procedures and policies all ground operational third parties need to follow.
-
Operations Control Centre
This is the heart beat of easyJet. Working closely with a variety of teams and third party suppliers, we manage the daily flying programme – making sure that the right crew and the right aircraft are scheduled and on time.
-
Cabin Services
We’re responsible for providing high-level direction to our crew management teams around the network, ensuring the safety of both our crew and customers whilst ensuring that easyJet remains a successful airline.
-
Ground Operations
We oversee and manage our day-to-day ground operations. Through expertly supporting, reviewing and managing our airport and ground-handling relationships, our teams make sure every aspect of our network is safe and secure.
-
Operational Risk
Safety is easyJet’s number 1 priority – it always has been, always will be. That’s where Operational Risk comes in. We’re made up of security, safety and quality audit specialists who focus entirely on ensuring the day-to-day operation runs to our high safety and security standards, speedily addressing issues and concerns as they crop up.
