easyJet Holidays

We are currently growing our business to become a major player in the holiday market with plans to expand our footprint across Europe. We are building an industry leading team of experienced travel industry professionals who will be instrumental in developing a new business that is agile, innovative and dynamic. We have ambitious plans for our business and our teams reflect this passion and drive to deliver something new and exciting within the holiday industry.

We launched our brand new easyJet holidays business in November 2019 offering great-value beach, city, and lakes holidays to more than 100 destinations across Europe, directly through our holidays website and through over 3000 travel agent partners. The ATOL-protected holidays company combines easyJet’s flexible flight programme, with handpicked hotels and best-in-class technology to provide hassle-free personalised holiday experiences. The holidays operator is an ABTA member too, providing additional reassurance to customers under the UK’s most trusted travel scheme. With a range of holiday types, from adult and family to luxury and undiscovered, transfers included on beach holidays, 23kg hold luggage included on all bookings, and over 5,000 hotels, across over 500 resorts, customers can holiday the way they want.

Our Teams

    Our trading team is the ‘beating heart’ of the business, the people with their finger on the pulse. It’s fast paced, dynamic, made up of innovative thinkers – the ones who know what’s going on in their market and can turn it into revenue opportunities. Optimising business performance is what we do best.

  • Customer

    We are the team accountable for all aspects of the holidays’ customer experience and journey – the design and the delivery. Customer advocates, we are passionate about pushing boundaries and transforming travel, whilst keeping safety as our number one priority. Identifying innovative digital solutions and delivering through choice partners is our business.

  • Product

    Which destinations, routes and products should we offer our customers? It’s our job to recommend those options and we are always on the look-out for new opportunities to grow our business. We are strategic, enjoy crunching numbers and data and make sure easyJet Holidays continues to offer our customers what they want.

  • Purchasing

    We are the team that negotiates the best deals with our hotel partners so we can continue to offer great quality hotels and value for money holidays. Our goal is to build strong partner relations to drive revenue. That calls for first class communication and influencing skills and a strong commercial mindset.

  • Digital & Marketing

    A naturally creative bunch we love telling people about our Brand and delivering a great customer experience. All of our innovative digital and marketing initiatives have our customer in mind – and it generates a lot of revenue too.

  • PR & Comms

    Our easyJet holidays comms team are the team behind our people – internally and externally – seeing, reading, hearing, and understanding more about our brand and business. From laying the groundwork for how we reach our audiences, to protecting and promoting our reputation, there’s scale and scope here to take your career to a whole new level.

  • Finance

    Our Finance team take care of things with resilience, commercial know-how and a razor-sharp attention to detail. We go the extra mile to support and partner with the business, providing direct financial support to make the right decisions.
