    A true innovation in our aircraft, we’ve introduced our pilots to Panasonic Toughbooks. These Toughbooks provide vital in-flight data to help calculate take-off and landing information, as well as technical and route information too. They were initially deployed to replace the use of paper in the flight deck (which lead to significantly reduced fuel costs), but the rewards for our innovation have gone way beyond the expected.

    We provide the vital link between easyJet Tech and our Finance, HR, Procurement and Communications teams. Our Project Managers and Business Analysts work closely with business leaders to shape efficient, cost-effective and innovative IT solutions – of all shapes and sizes. Our expertise has a far-reaching impact too – from integrating a new HR and payroll system, to supporting people processes right across easyJet.

  • Commercial Systems

    It’s our job to look after the systems that drive sales and support our customers. In other words, we make it easy for people to book with easyJet and find the information they need from our award-winning website and mobile app – not to mention the systems that support network planning and our market leading, demand-based pricing structure. A tight-knit team of talented Project Managers and Business Analysts, we work seamlessly with our Marketing and Commercial colleagues to provide a great customer experience. And we’re proud to play a huge part in easyJet’s incredible success.

  • Operations Systems

    From planning crew, aircraft and engineering, to maintenance, airport check-in and baggage, we manage the systems that keep all operations running like clockwork. Our specialists, Business Analysts and Programme and Project Managers use their expertise in innovation, business change and stakeholder management to drive pioneering new developments and even better ways of working.

  • Solution Delivery

    You might call us the technology delivery centre for the whole of easyJet. We’re responsible for the technical design, building and testing of systems that deliver in excess of £4bn in revenue and enable over 60 million passengers to jet around Europe. Our systems include our award-winning mobile app and one of Europe’s most visited websites – easyJet.com. Together, our close-knit team of Architects, Developers, Infrastructure Engineers and Testers work hard, have fun and thrive on developing the next big thing.

    We’re the customer service team who support, manage, maintain and operate all of our IT systems.
