Our ‘Talented Leaders’ Programme is designed to give you all the tools you need to succeed in one or more of our functions developing your leadership skills whilst working towards a professional leadership qualification.

This programme is all about building key relationships with our industry-best senior leaders, mixing day to day business with project work and focusing on your professional leadership development. We will support you to develop your leadership craft; our aim is to develop our future leaders, it won’t always be easy but if you’re up for the challenge we’ll give you all the tools and support your career needs to really take off.
