Cabin Crew
The first thing you’re probably asking is whether you need previous flying experience – and the answer is no. We’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident from day one.
No two days (or flights) are ever the same, but one thing always is: safety comes first. You’ll play a big part in delivering a great onboard experience – from leading our safety demos to carrying out important security checks.

You’ll need strong leadership skills and the confidence to take responsibility when it matters most. To apply, you’ll need at least 12 months’ flying experience in the last five years – and, of course, a shared passion for great customer service and safety.

Our training will get you ready for every situation. It’s a lot of fun – and needs a lot of energy. So be prepared to work hard and get stuck in.

Locations
APPLICATION PROCESS
Our application and recruitment process aims to be as straight-forward as we are. We want you to get to know us, and we want to get to know you.
Online application
If you meet the minimum requirements, you can fill in an online application by entering your details and uploading your CV. You will eventually need to supply a copy of your passport along with a cabin crew admin form (that we’ll send you).
Online assessment
We’ll send you a link to an ability test that’ll assess your verbal reasoning, situational judgement and workplace behaviour. It’s worth finding a quiet place to do it, and make sure your laptop or computer meets the tech requirements for it. We’ll let you know your results by email within 72 hours.
Application review
Once we’ve got your successful test results, we’ll take a look at your application. If it meets everything we’re looking for, you’ll get invited to the next available virtual interview.
Virtual interview
Our interviews are virtual, so you can take part from home. It’s a great way to meet our recruitment team and find out more about us. You’ll watch our presentation and get an insight into a day in the life of our Cabin Crew. Then you’ll complete a competency-based interview. This session is your chance to show us who you are – so get involved as much as possible. We want to see your enthusiasm and passion for the job.

Our interviews will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams, and you’ll need access to a laptop or computer. Full details on how to prepare will be provided ahead of the day.
Congratulations! We aim to offer you a start date at your chosen base as soon as we have available positions. You may have to wait a while, but we will keep you updated regularly with our plans. Once you’ve been offered a start date, we’ll put you in touch with our New Hire team and Vetting Team who’ll make sure you complete all the relevant documents and are ready to go. During this time, we’ll also carry out a full five-year reference check and you’ll have a face-to-face medical assessment. Best of luck and see you soon!
