Cabin Crew

The first thing you’re probably asking is whether you need previous flying experience – and the answer is no. We’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident from day one.

No two days (or flights) are ever the same, but one thing always is: safety comes first. You’ll play a big part in delivering a great onboard experience – from leading our safety demos to carrying out important security checks.

It’s a big lifestyle shift for many people – this isn’t your usual Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 job. You’ll work to a roster, which could mean early starts, late finishes and weekend shifts. But you’ll also get proper time off to rest and recharge between flights. If you love variety, Cabin Crew is for you.

It’s fast-paced in every sense – and that includes your career. You can apply to become a Cabin Manager after just 12 months as Crew.

Cabin Managers

Put simply, you’re in charge of the cabin. You’ll lead the Crew, look after our customers, and make sure safety and security are always front of mind. You’ll inspire your team and be the key link between everyone on board and our teams on the ground – keeping things running smoothly, in the air and beyond.

You’ll need strong leadership skills and the confidence to take responsibility when it matters most. To apply, you’ll need at least 12 months’ flying experience in the last five years – and, of course, a shared passion for great customer service and safety.

CABIN CREW TRAINING TO GET YOU TO THE TOP

Our Cabin Crew make a difference to every customer and make dreams come true – all while making sure safety is a top priority. So our industry-leading training program is designed to set you up with all the skills you need to soar. You’ll need bags of energy and enthusiasm to succeed, but you’ll also have a lot of fun along the way, meet other trainees, and make new friends.

You’ll learn everything you need to know in just four weeks and be ready to fly once you return to your base. Before you start, you’ll have some pre-course work to complete and then you’ll be ready to dive in (literally when it comes to the swimming assessment).

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

The four-week course covers all the theory and practical skills you’ll need. You’ll spend time studying and take part in practical demonstrations using simulators at our training centres, including showing off your swimming skills in the pool. Some of the areas we’ll cover include:

  • Safety equipment and procedures (for Airbus A319/320/321)

  • First aid

  • Aviation security and dangerous goods

  • Customer service

  • Cabin service and uniform standards

Our interviews are a great opportunity to meet our recruitment team and learn more about what it’s like to work with us. Most interviews take place virtually, although on occasion you may be invited to attend an in-person assessment day.

If you’re invited to a virtual interview, you can join from home. This will include a group exercise and a competency-based interview.

Whether your interview is virtual or in person, it’s your chance to show us who you are — so we encourage you to get involved as much as possible. We’re looking forward to seeing your enthusiasm and passion for the role.
