Cabin Crew
The first thing you’re probably asking is whether you need previous flying experience – and the answer is no. We’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident from day one.
No two days (or flights) are ever the same, but one thing always is: safety comes first. You’ll play a big part in delivering a great onboard experience – from leading our safety demos to carrying out important security checks.

It’s a big lifestyle shift for many people – this isn’t your usual Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 job. You’ll work to a roster, which could mean early starts, late finishes and weekend shifts. But you’ll also get proper time off to rest and recharge between flights. If you love variety, Cabin Crew is for you.
It’s fast-paced in every sense – and that includes your career. You can apply to become a Cabin Manager after just 12 months as Crew.

Cabin Managers
Put simply, you’re in charge of the cabin. You’ll lead the Crew, look after our customers, and make sure safety and security are always front of mind. You’ll inspire your team and be the key link between everyone on board and our teams on the ground – keeping things running smoothly, in the air and beyond.
You’ll need strong leadership skills and the confidence to take responsibility when it matters most. To apply, you’ll need at least 12 months’ flying experience in the last five years – and, of course, a shared passion for great customer service and safety.
