HOW TO APPLY
Our application and recruitment process aims to be as straightforward as we are. We want you to get to know us, and we want to get to know you.

Online Application
Choose a job vacancy you like the sound of and check you meet the minimum requirements. If so, you can hit ‘Apply’, enter your details, upload a few documents and answer a series of questions.

Online Test
We’ll send you a link to some online aptitude tests. These will give us an idea of your verbal, numerical and spatial reasoning skills, and will also contain a personality questionnaire to comply with EASA regulations.

Application Review
At this point, we’ll take a look at your details and check you meet the basic requirements and have answered all the online questions fully. All being well, we’ll invite you to our next available Assessment Centre.

Non-Technical Assessments
Assessment will take place either virtually, or at one of our SIM Centres. You'll meet the easyJet team, take part in a group exercise, learn about life at easyJet and there'll also be a competency-based interview.

Technical Assessment
Direct Entry Captains and Co-Pilots will complete a simulator assessment so we can see your technical standard of flying. Don’t worry, we’ll give you a full briefing to prepare.

How do I apply?
It’s really easy. Just click the ‘Apply’ button on the vacancy you like the sound of. The system will guide you step by step from there.
I can’t get back into my application form – what do I do?
Forgotten your login? It happens to the best of us. Just use the ‘Forgotten Password’ prompt on the login page and we’ll email it to you. Check you’re using the ‘Login’ button and not the ‘New User’ button though.
Which bases are you recruiting for and how many can I apply for?
All our current opportunities are listed on our Careers website.
If you can’t find the base you want, it means we’re not recruiting there right now. Register your interest by creating a general profile on this website instead and we’ll let you know when something comes up.
You can only apply for one base at a time, so pick your first choice. At the Assessment Centre you can let us know if you’re also interested in being based elsewhere.
What do we look for when we review your application?
We’ll review your application against the current requirements and screening criteria for the role. Remember to upload a CV that clearly details a breakdown of your aviation employment history and evidence of all minimum entry criteria for the role.
You’ll also need to upload some additional documents, including a copy of your passport, medical, licence, and logbook.
Where will my assessment take place?
For our Direct Entry Co-Pilots and Captains, Assessment Centres will take place in one of our Training Centres (London Gatwick or Milan). It will consist of both a Technical (SIM) Assessment and a Non-Technical Assessment. We’ll send you all the details beforehand.
Cadet assessment takes place online using Microsoft Teams.
Will I be contacted even if I haven’t been successful?
Yes, we will contact you via email once we have reviewed your application.
How long do I need to wait before I can reapply for a position?
You’ll need to leave it 12 months before reapplying if you have been unsuccessful at either your Technical (SIM) Assessment or Non-Technical Assessment.
If you’re unsuccessful as a Cadet on your Non-Technical Assessment, you’ll need to wait 6 months before trying again.

Do you provide assistance with travel and accommodation costs for assessment days?
No. As a low-cost airline, we don’t offer any travel or accommodation costs.
