CELEBRATING TOGETHER

Our You Matter calendar is where you’ll find the moments when we celebrate together and learn more about each other. The events cover topics as diverse as we are and support our commitment to empower our people, and provide a chance to have some fun.

Across Black History Month, International Women’s Day, Pride Month, World Mental Health Day and many more, we run a range of internal and external activities to entertain, educate, inform, and spark conversation.

Your Voice Matters is our regular employee survey that measures belonging and engagement and tracks our progress against our goals.
