We follow the 70:20:10 model – that’s 70% of your learning on the job, 20% informally through coaching and mentoring, and 10% through formal training.

Once you join us, you’ll have your own ‘My Journey’ plan. ‘My Journey’ is our process for setting goals, giving feedback, and reviewing results to help you stay on track. There are four check-in points in the year, including an end-of-year review.

ONLINE LEARNING
The Online Learning Academy is where you’ll find all the resources you need to help you explore, learn, and grow. There’ll be some mandatory training you’ll need to complete on the Online Learning Academy, but it’s also available for you to learn new skills and grow your role.

MENTORING AND COACHING
They say experience is the best teacher, but learning from people with all the experience can be even more impactful. We have an internal mentoring program and external coaching available for our high performing, high potential people to support your development.
Our mentoring program matches you with someone senior in the business who can provide guidance and a listening ear, or they might work in another department to help you gain insight into your next career step. We also offer coaching in several different languages with coaches all over the world. Experts in their fields, they can help you realise where you want to be and empower you to get there.

Flight Paths are a series of instructor-led programmes that are designed to help you develop specific skills to not only support you in your role, but help your career development too. Each Flight Path uses a mixture of learning styles, with pre-course preparation, in-person sessions, live virtual classes, discussion groups, ongoing team channels, and an end of programme session to help you put your new skills into practice.

There’s everything from self-awareness and building a personal brand to practical skills, such as presenting with confidence and becoming a manager.
