This includes:
Annual recurrent EBT (Evidence Based Training) – 16 hours of simulator training, split across 2 modules.*
Line Evaluation of Competence with a Training Captain observing flight sectors – this occurs every other year.
CRM training and various safety and emergency training sessions.
Training Instructor and Management support for your continued development.
*Licence revalidation and endorsement included.
