Engineering & Maintenance Teams

  • Design & Structure

The Design & Structures team is responsible for handling all damages and repairs. Managing repair approvals, and continuing airworthiness using our AMOS engineering IT system. Our structural specialists provide essential Part 21 standby cover, working around the clock to resolve AOG (grounded aircraft due to technical issues) and critical operational issues.

  • Maintenance Operation Control

Our Operations Control Centre runs 24/7, 365 days a year. We provide network oversight to maintain aircraft airworthiness and controlling all maintenance and related activities, like scheduled planning, material logistics, defect management, troubleshooting and AOG recovery.

  • Base & Line Maintenance

Using innovative methods and technologies, you’ll enjoy the chance to be involved at the cutting edge of aircraft maintenance. Within our own maintenance teams and network of liaison engineers, we have fantastic opportunities for like-minded people who champion safety above everything else.

  • Logistics & Technical Contracts

Join the team, and you could find yourself involved in anything from procuring spare parts and ensuring stock availability throughout our network, to aircraft modification programmes, troubleshooting for fleet engineers and repetitive defect analysis.

  • Fleet Technical Management

This consists of Airworthiness Records, Fleet Engineering and Maintenance Planning. This team manage the airworthiness life cycle of our aircraft, from its induction into easyJet until it exits our fleet. This includes smart management of aircraft technical records to ensure regulatory compliance and the smooth transition of records to the lessor when the aircraft leaves us.

  • Powerplant & Transitions Team

The Powerplant team is made up of engine experts, and look after the on-wing (operational) and off-wing (repair and overhaul) of all engines on our Airbus aircraft. The Transitions team works closely with all other engineering, procurement and subcontracted maintenance and repair organisations to project-manage all aircraft inducted into and departing from our fleet.
