Since 2019, we’ve made it our mission to provide brilliant holidays at unbeatable prices – and our independent, start-up business has taken off fast.
Our easyJet holidays team has already made big strides. We’ve grown the company profitably, doubled the team size, built sustainable partnerships, were voted a Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ in 2023, and won the medium-sized category for Best Workplaces in Travel for 2023.
Now we want to transform the package holiday industry even more and expand across Europe. Our plans are ambitious, so you’ll need to be passionate about what we do, love tackling challenges and have ideas so big they’re classed as oversized baggage when you travel. We call this our Orange Spirit and it’s what you need to make dream holidays a reality.
Customer
Ready to help create memories that last a lifetime? Our Customer and Operations team take care of every part of the customer holiday experience – from design to delivery. While safety is our number one priority, we’re also passionate about pushing boundaries and looking for new digital solutions that make the customer journey as smooth and stress-free as piña coladas by the pool.
Typical roles include: Customer Service/Customer Experience/Customer Resolution, On Holiday Support Advisors/Team Leader/Duty Manager, Customer Safety Manager, Regional Operations Manager
Commercial and Trading
Our Commercial team is the driving force behind our commercial strategy – using innovation and critical thinking to help us lead the way. From crafting products to forging partnerships to managing inventory, our team pushes boundaries with everything they do. Our Trading team is devoted to identifying revenue opportunities and boosting business performance. Love to be in the know and keep your finger on the pulse? You’ll fit right in.
Typical roles include: Commercial Partnerships Manager, Dynamic Inventory Executive, Product Manager, Product Executive, Purchasing Manager, Trade Distribution Manager, Trading Analyst
Digital
Our Digital team combines technical talent with creativity to deliver an industry leading digital experience. We want customers to have an effortless, unforgettable experience – all before their actual journey even begins. A day in the team could mean you’re optimizing user interfaces, enhancing website performance or creating intuitive navigation. Whatever you’re doing, you’ll work with the latest tech and follow industry best practices.
Typical roles include: Product Owner, Merchandising Manager, Merchandising Specialist
Finance
Our Finance team take care of the numbers with first-class commercial knowledge and an attention to detail as sharp as any border control. A big part of our role is collaborating on building the business. You’ll need to be a real team player as going the extra mile to support other teams is an average day for us, so we can provide direct financial support and make sure the right decisions are made.
Typical roles include: Finance Manager, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
PR and communications
Our PR and Comms team have always got their ear to the ground, or sky, in this case. They know what’s happening in our business and the wider world. From laying the groundwork for how we reach our internal and external audiences, to protecting and promoting our reputation, we can offer a scale and scope of work that will take your career to a whole new level.
Typical roles include: Communications Executive, Communications Manager
Technology
Innovation drives everything we do (except the planes, of course, Pilots do that). So we’ve brought together a team of top tech talent from a wide range of domains to make sure we’re always working at the forefront of the travel industry. Join us and you could soon be working with the latest tools and techniques to push us even further.

Strategy and Programmes
Our Strategy and Programmes team blends strategic insight with thorough analysis to set the future direction of the business.
